Auction Terms

• A bid on this auction is considered a contract to purchase the item listed; bid retractions will not be allowed and all sales are considered final
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item listed in this auction is legal to in own their city and state; not for sale where prohibited
• No refunds will be offered if the item is not transferrable

Payments

• Full payment is due within 7 days of auction end
• Accepted forms of payment:
• Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (no surcharge)
• Money Order
• Certified check
• Personal check (held 10 business days to clear)
• As we sell only brand-new firearms, we are unable to accept trades as credit towards the price of this auction
• We do not have a layaway program at this time
• We do not charge sales tax, except for residents of the state of Kansas (7.3%)

Shipping & Handling

• All firearms are shipped only to an FFL dealer
• All items are available for two types of shipping: FedEx Priority Overnight or USPS Priority Mail
• Shipping rates are the exact amount as charged by the shipper for your item, we do not charge a “handling fee”
• All shipments are insured for the full value of their contents
• Shipping will take place after full payment has been received and we are in receipt of a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL via email, fax, or white mail

Product Photos & Information

• All photos listed on this auction are of the actual item being sold
• All photos are copyrighted and may not be duplicated, reproduced, or copied without express written consent
• This item is listed exclusively on GunBroker and is guaranteed to be sold to the auction winner

Product Warranty

• Every firearm we sell is brand-new-in-box and is covered under its respective full manufacturer warranty
• We are happy to assist our customers in taking full advantage of the manufacturer’s warranty if necessary
